自分なりに英訳してみました！

1	今日は、胃カメラ検査をします。	Today, we are going to do a gastroscopy.
2	この椅子に座ってください。まずはこの薬を飲んでください。これは、胃の泡や粘液を洗い流し、胃を見やすくする薬です。入れ歯をしていたら外してください。胃の動きを抑える注射をしますので、腕を出してください。	Could you take a seat here, please. First, could I have you take this medicine for me, please. This will help flush out the foam and mucus in your stomach and make it easier to see your stomach. If you are wearing dentures, please remove them. We will give you an injection to suppress movement in the stomach*, so please hold out your arm.
3	この血を止めるためのゴム（駆血帯）を腕に巻きます。針を刺します。指先はしびれていませんか。	I am going to wrap this elastic band (tourniquet) around your arm to stop the blood flow. I am going to insert the needle. Do you feel any numbness in your fingertips?
4	はい、終わりました。絆創膏を貼っておきます。次に、カメラがスムーズに喉を通るようにするため、喉に2種類の麻酔をします。	Ok, all done. I will put a band-aid on it. Next, two kinds of anesthetics will be applied to your throat so that the camera can pass down smoothly.
5	まず、このゼリー状の麻酔を口に入れてください。飲み込まないで、喉の奥に２、３分とどめてから吐き出してください。では、口を開けてください。（2、3分経過）麻酔を出してください。次に、スプレー状の麻酔をします。これもしばらく飲みこまずに口に含んでいてください。	First, I will have you put this jelly-like anesthetic* in your mouth. Please do not swallow it. Let it stay in the back of your throat for a few minutes, and then you can spit it out. Alright, I will have you open up your mouth, now. (A few minutes later) You may go ahead and spit out the anesthetic. Next, we will give you the anesthetic spray. Then, hold this in your mouth for a while without swallowing.
6	はい、もう大丈夫です。これは飲み込んでいただいても結構ですが、飲み込めなかったら、ここに出してください。麻酔の準備は終わりました。ベッドに仰向けで横になってください。検査の前に、血圧を測って、心電図のモニターを付けます。喉に麻酔がかかっているため* 飲みこむと咳きこんで苦しくなるので、検査中は、唾や痰を飲みこまず、口の横からこのシートの上に出してください。	Ok, now, you may swallow it, but if you can’t, please spit it out here. Preparation is complete and we are ready to start the anesthesia. Please lie down on your back on the bed. Before the examination, your blood pressure will be taken and an electrocardiogram (ECG or EKG)* monitor will be attached. Because your throat is numb from the anesthetic, swallowing may cause you to cough and choke. During the examination, please do not swallow your saliva or phlegm. Instead, spit it out onto this sheet from the corner of your mouth.
7	最近のカメラはずいぶん細くなっているので、昔に比べるとそんなに苦しくないです。検査中はリラックスして、ゆっくりと鼻から息を吸い、口から吐いていただくと、楽になります。では始めます。左側を下にして横になってください。マウスピースを口に入れるので軽く噛んでください。	Cameras are now much thinner, so it is not as painful as it used to be. During the examination, please relax and breathe in through your nose and out slowly through your mouth to make it easier. Now let’s begin. Please lie down with your left side down. We are going to place a mouth guard into your mouth. Please hold it lightly with your teeth.
8	カメラを入れます。無理やり飲みこもうとせず、力を抜いてください。ゆっくり鼻から息を吸って、口から吐いてください。今、喉を通りました。１番苦しいところは終わりました。空気で胃を膨らませます。げっぷをしそうになってもなるべく我慢してください。力を抜いてください。もう少しで終わります。胃の空気を抜いて終わります。	I am going to insert the camera. Try not to force yourself to swallow it, just relax. Inhale slowly through your nose and exhale through your mouth. It just went down the throat. All right, the most painful part is over now. I’m going to inflate your stomach with air. If you feel like you are going to burp, please try to hold it in. Please relax. I’m almost done. Now I will remove the air from the stomach. And, done!
9	お疲れさまでした。最後に血圧を測って、心電図のモニターを外します。	You did a great job. Now, we are going to take your blood pressure and remove the ECG monitor.
10	喉の麻酔がまだ効いているので*、このあと１時間程、飲食は控えてください。１時間後に水を飲んで、むせないか、違和感がないかを確認してから食事をしてください。	Since your throat is still numb from the anesthetics, do not eat or drink anything for about an hour. After an hour, drink some water to make sure you do not choke or feel any discomfort before eating.

通訳のポイント

2* 検査前に「ブスコパン」という胃の動きを抑える筋肉注射（intramuscular injection）を行う場合があります。
5* 「麻酔」は、anesthesia とanesthetic(s) があります。ここでは、「麻酔薬」という意味なので、anestheticと言います。一方、anesthesiaは、「麻酔をかけること」や「麻酔にかかっている状態」を表すときに使います。
6* 心電図は、ECGやEKGと言います。日本ではECG、アメリカではEKGと呼ばれることが多い気がします。
6* 10* 「喉に麻酔がかかっている」、「喉の麻酔がまだ効いている」は、「喉が痺れている」とパラフレーズし、your throat is numb from the anestheticsと訳してみました。
