1	造影 CT 検査とは造影剤を使って行う CT検査です。造影剤を使用することによって、血管、臓器をはっきりみることができ、より正確な診断が可能となります。	Contrast CT* is a CT scan performed using a contrast medium. By using contrast medium, blood vessels and organs can be seen more clearly, and your doctor can give you a more accurate diagnosis.
2	妊娠中や妊娠の可能性のある方は、検査を受けられない場合があります。	If you are or suspect that you may be pregnant, you may not be able to be examined.
3	授乳中の方は、検査後 24 時間は授乳できません。	If you are breastfeeding, you should not breastfeed for 24 hours after the examination.
4	次の 3 つの項目に該当する場合は、教えてください。・心臓ペースメーカーや除細動器を使用している・心臓病・肝臓病・腎臓病・糖尿病・甲状腺疾患等の病気、気管支喘息がある・薬や花粉等のアレルギーがある。または、造影剤を使用する検査で気分が悪くなったり、じんましんが出たことがある。	If any of the following three conditions apply to you, please tell us. ・have a cardiac pacemaker or defibrillator ・have heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, diabetes, thyroid disease, bronchial asthma, ・allergic to medication or pollen, ・have ever felt sick or had hives due to an examination using contrast medium.
5	こちらの造影 CT 検査に関する説明同意書の内容を確認いただいた後、必要事項を記入し、検査前に提出してください。検査当日は検査の３時間前から何も食べないでください*。水やお茶などは摂取していただいて構いませんが、牛乳などの乳製品やジュースは控えてください。常用薬がある場合は、医師に確認の上、服用してください。検査前に、400ml 程度の水を飲んでいただきます。更衣室にて検査着に着替えてください。検査部位に貴金属類や金具類がある場合は、外してください。	After reviewing the contents of the consent form for contrast CT, please fill in the necessary information and submit it before the scan. On the day of the examination, please do not eat anything for 3 hours prior to the examination*. You may drink water or tea, but please do not drink milk, dairy products, and juice. If you take any medicine regularly, please check with your doctor before taking it. Before the examination, you will be asked to drink about 400ml of water. Please change into an examination gown in the changing room. If there are any precious metals or metal fittings on the area to be examined, please remove them.
6	検査中の注意点を説明します。検査では、造影剤を静脈から注射します。途中、身体が熱く感じることがありますが、すぐに治まります。検査中に気分が悪くなったときや、異常を感じた場合は、すぐに知らせてください。検査中は、仰向けになりリラックスしてください。なるべく身体を動かさないようにしてください。別室からスピーカーを通して、検査開始の合図や、息を吸う、止める等の指示を出します。	I am going to explain the precautions for the examination. For this examination, contrast medium will be injected into your vein. During the examination, you may feel hot, but it will soon subside. If you feel sick or unusual during the examination, please let us know immediately. During the examination, lie on your back and relax. Try not to move your body. From another room via speaker, we will let you know when to start the examination and give you instructions to breathe in and out.
7	検査後の食事制限は特にありません。水やお茶などは積極的にとってください。造影剤が尿と一緒に排泄されるのを促進させます。水分制限がある方は、医師と相談したうえで、摂取してください。検査後、造影剤に対するアレルギー反応により、発疹、痒み、頭痛、吐気などが起きる可能性があります。このような症状が出た場合は、すぐお知らせください。	There are no dietary restrictions after the examination. We encourage you to drink water or tea. This will help excrete the contrast medium from your body with urine. If you have any fluid restrictions, please consult with your doctor before consuming. After the examination, an allergic reaction to the contrast medium may occur, causing symptoms such as rash, itching, headache, and nausea. If you experience any of these symptoms, please notify us immediately.
8	造影剤の副作用についてですが、今回使用する造影剤は、従来のものより副作用の出る可能性が低いものです。副作用が出るのは 100 人中３人程度です。そのほとんどが、造影剤注入時に熱く感じたり、痒み、じんましん、吐き気、嘔吐があるなど軽度のもので、多くが検査中から検査後１時間以内に起こります。このタイプの副作用には、特別な治療は必要ありません。	Regarding the side effects of contrast medium, the contrast medium that we use this time is less likely to cause side effects than conventional ones. Only about 3 out of 100 patients experience side effects. Most of the side effects are mild, such as feeling hot when the contrast medium is injected, itching, hives, nausea, and vomiting, and most of them occur during the examination or within an hour of the examination. No special treatment is needed for these types of side effects.
9	ごく稀ですが、血圧低下、咽頭の浮腫（むくみ）、呼吸因難などの重篤な副作用が生じることがあります。病院では、万一の場合にも適切な処置を行えるよう、万全の態勢を整えています。また、痒み、発疹、めまい、吐き気などの症状が、検査終了数時間から数日後に遅れて現れることがあります。その場合は、すみやかに病院へ連絡してください。	Very rarely, serious side effects such as hypotension, swelling of the throat, and respiratory distress may occur. The hospital is fully prepared to take the appropriate measures in the event of an emergency. Symptoms such as itching, rash, dizziness, or nausea may appear hours to days after the exam. In this case, please contact the hospital immediately.
